Work or Play on Free Rec Fridays

Calling all alumni, employees, and Cal Poly community members! June 2, 9, and 16 are Free Rec Fridays at the Cal Poly Recreation Center.

The Recreation Center is your one-stop shop for all things fitness and relaxation. From working out in a group fitness class to lounging by the pool, a visit to the Recreation Center is a must for those who haven’t experienced the state-of-the-art facilities.

Complimentary access will be granted to all eligible members of the Cal Poly community on Free Rec Fridays. This includes alumni, employees, retirees/emeritus, and a partner/dependent of a current member. A photo ID and proof of eligibility, such as an Alumni ID card, are required to enter.

Visitors will have access to all facilities and amenities including group exercise classes, weight rooms, exercise equipment, racquetball courts, pools, locker rooms, showers, and the climbing park.
